Default I just don't understand.

I was doing well through the earthquake, aftershocks, and hurricane threat. Now I'm depressed, and uneasy about alot of things.

This has happened all of my life, and no one ever knew what this was when I was a teenager. I feel sad,and feel like crashing emotionally.

I need to stay away from bad news on TV. Maybe a few science fiction movies will come on tonight, and help distract my mind from depressing, and emotionally gripping programs, and bad news.

I wish that I could sort of turn myself off for a little while when these emotions bombard me. BF
