cpap
HI,
Three weeks ago, I canceled my 6 month dental cleaning appt. I can only deal with a few appts at a time and I have pdoc and routine mammo coming up. I bought a big toothbrush (full size / soft). The full size takes less work. Last night I woke up on the couch after a few hours and brushed my teeth. I probably stayed up 45 mins to and hour before going back to bed and to the cpap. Not ideal. . . . I should probably start noticing when the Gabapentin knocks me out. I haven't learned this drug yet. I could predict when it is going to put me to sleep. =-==- Pdoc has told me that I have to sleep with the cpap to avoid having a stroke in my sleep. He told me that naps less than 90 mins are ok. More than that requires the cpap. I don't like having to be fearful. M |
I don't blame you on that.
