In my business I use a foot file called swedish clover. I buy them from sallys by the half dozen. I notice the new one did not work as well. I was really upset, so I thought maybe it was just a bad file so I opened up another one tonight and it has the same problem. The grit is supposed to be 100 grit. It is not the same grit.
Upon closer examination I discover that the file used to be made in the USA now they are made in china....they are using inferior sand paper.
I am so upset as this is a major portion of my job is using this file to thin thick toe nails and calluses. I called the company and spoke with customer service about the product and she said she would research the problem and email me back.
I don't want to use an electric drill for sanitation issues and the risk involved.
Dr. Scholls makes one I think but it is not as good.
This is really upsetting to me.
