i plan to stay at 25 mg for 7-10 days. i see pdoc tuesday which won't be soon enough for him to evaluate me for excessive activation, so i think i won't increase till our next appointment. my mood has been "complicated" enough i prefer to have his call and an "ok" each time i go up for now.

mostly just wanting to keep track of things. i hope as long as i don't exceed 100mg it doesn't affect the tooth... cross that bridge...

well, here i am. tonight is my first dose at 50mg. i have decided on evening dosing just so i can shove all my meds down the gullet in one fell swoop. easier.

i have been bad about the vitamins, at the worst time of course, sigh. should be easy enough to take with dinner, i just forget half the time. vit D is separate - it comes in drops, but at least spoonful of oil and your done. i have to calculate my new dosage though. i tried his dose, now i'm gonna try mine. i just hope when i run out super quick he won't refuse to represcribe or i'll have to get otc and eat like 9 pills per day, ugh... coz i don't already take enough pills right?

I counted my vitamins and meds that I take with lunch....18!
that is alot! speaking of which I need to eat lunch to take my meds!

have you checked that none of the meds have absorption issues w/ the mineral supplements? i think your "vitamins" are a multi-kind ... with minerals too, right?
