So, i take meds, they give me mental fog from time to time, mental fog gives me anxiety.... Nssty combo huh ?
SLEEP is what rescues me.... When I wake up, the mental fog is less noticeable or severe.... Also, I know I read somewhere that looking into green things like trees help.... |
