Default Prayers for a friend

My old Physical Therapist I learned today.

Had a 8 hour surgery today. On the area in between her eyes.
Not exactly sure the exact placement, but it was a tumor, the
size of a egg or golf ball. Forgot what she said.

She has known for a while there was something wrong. And
I guess her eye's have gotten worse, and things. And lots
of headaches. But just a week or so ago had the MRI,

She just had her second little girl about 2 weeks ago. So couldn't
have a MRI. Till then.

They already knew when I was getting my massage that its not
cancerous. WHich was good. But they have already warned
her at the least she will lose her sense of smell.

Would you keep her and her family in your prayers.

And also her co-workers. Who I know have to be veyr worried also.

Thanks.

Donna

Sending prayers and healing.

This sounds like a pituatary tumor. It is an operation they go through the nose to reach the tumor on the gland and that rest on/near the optic nerve. My son had one for about 7 years, they watched the prolactin levels and size. It developed into 3 but not grow in size beyond the boderline for surgery.

Then we had the miracle this summer. When ds went for the MRI and recheck at Hershey Medical center the news was amazing. For only the second time in the dotors years and years of neurology the tumors were gone. There was documentation taken so he could present a paper on his case. We were double blessed this year.

He checked the son's id, went over to the MRI center and took the images right from their site instead of his computer. He took each one for the 7 years over laying them; it was his brain for sure.

Also my bff from Kindergarten had the same tumor and she had surgery 15 years ago. Nothing developed after it was removed. Hers developed around a pregnancy too. She lost her sense of smell also. But she can almost taste smell if that makes sense.

This new mom has a network of prayers headed her way.
