Smile dental hygienist appt on Tuesday

Hi,

I observed that the dental hygienist flossed my teeth very quickly.

Maybe I make too big a deal out of flossing by putting it off and then spending way too much time on it.

Tonight I did it quickly. It counted.

I have a technique someone might find helpful:
Instead of flossing in the mirror leaning over the bathroom sink, I floss at my computer desk using a make up mirror with a paper towel in front of me. I started doing that when I had braces. This feels more logical -- to floss while sitting
Anyway, I guess I felt like sharing.

Take care.
