Well, the nurse practicioner believes its a cyst. But I have a diagnostic
mammogram scheduled for March 2nd. Earliest they could get me in.

Well, guess earliest was technically March 1st, but can't be two places
at once. Derrick has his wisdom teeth out that day.

So I will have to ask someone to check on him on the Friday after.

Will have to think on that.

But life will figure it out. I really don't want to have to ask
hubby to take a day off.

I am headed to a birthday party for my oldest Granddaughter.

Then I'm headed to Kokomo for Sunday and Monday.

I will probably not be on the Internet much if any till I get back.

So don't worry , be happy.

And enjoy it were you are at.

I know I'll enjoy my time with my family.

I hope all goes well for Derrick

Dear Donna,

I hope that all goes well for Derrick at the dentist's office.

After pulling a tooth, one dentist told me to eat only plain vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt for 24 hours. I had to buy the lactose free ice cream.

I guess the ice cream and frozen yogurt got gross after 24 hours of eating only that -- but my mouth was happy.

Thanks Mari

Derrick came out with flying colors. So far its been pudding and hmm,
of all things he likes these cookie melt things you make in the microwave.

Not sure it was really good for him. But he made one and had that.

But i trust him to know.

He is gauzing for the bleeding, watching that. And the pain so far is
good. Really will be interesting to see if it goes up or down tomorrow.

I hope Derrick's gum is feeling better tomorrow! i was not given very restrictive instructions when i had a wisdom tooth out without suturing. i was given formal (written) instructions to avoid very hot (temperature) foods until the bleeding stopped, and to avoid spicy foods for about a week.

the dentist suggested soft foods for the first 2-3 days, and said after that just to be careful when chewing. the idea was to avoid getting anything stuck in the gum cavity (can hurt, but worse, cause infection).

i was also told i NOT to swish for... i can't remember how long, but at least 2-3 days. this is because the suction from swishing action can prevent healing/reopen the wound. i was told to brush without touching the wound, and then rinse by moving my head to irrigate the mouth without suction.

i was in fact told not to swish when i had another wisdom tooth out WITH suturing! so that is very important apparently.

boy i hope that was not confusing.

Your fine Waves

We got great instructions, No spitting, carbon drinks, and very much taking
it easy through the weekend. Pretty much not to do anything.

He is sleeping pretty much today. I had to cancel my appointment for
the mammogram, because my person that was coming to stay has sick
kids. But that is okay got back in next week.

So its just life. I should have known better than to do the day after.

More irritating, is my husband has made plans when I have reminded
and reminded not to for Tomorrow. I don't want Derrick left for hours.
Here by himself. So I had to cancel on a friend that is driving to
a fair across the state to sign her books for a Special needs fair.

I've had it planned for months to do this for her. Its the mom I worked
with thats son died in the bus accident. I'm still mad at my husband.

He just better get home in time for the other fair I'm to attend.
TOmorrow night.

Hi,

It could be. A psychiatrist can diagnose you.
Bipolar sometimes runs in families.
