I know that when I have a bad night's sleep, I'm feeling more anxious the next day. Not sure which came first, though. (The chicken or the egg). Does the bad night's sleep bring on the anxiety or does the anxiety bring on the bad night's sleep. I think it's a vicious cycle.

I tend to eat more when I'm anxious or stressed. I journaled for a couple of years and that helped a lot. I just gave up journalling a couple of weeks ago, in fact. (It's a lot of work). It did help, though.

Tongue

I've done journaling and it does help, but I haven't stuck with it for awhile. It's a little bit more work then I have time for. So today I went out and the car did overheat, I barely got it off the road in time and had not even gone four miles from home! I had a servere attack of anxiety, I mean I was shaking so bad my hands would have spilt any drink had I had one in one of them. I put a lot of water into it and then went on my way and it didn't get hot again, but when I got home there was a trail of water, about three feet long and an inch or two wide that ran from the front of the car back towards the back tire.

I just hope the head gasket isn't blown...It's always something you know? ANd this woman is NOT picking up the phone at that leasing office and we're supposed to go down there to sign the last of the paperwork. I just have a feeling she's going to conviently NOT show up and we'll be stuck unable to go down there until tuesday since it's a four day weekend for the lil guy and it will be too chilly for the pool, so I don't know how we're going to get through it...

ETA: She did finally pick up the phone after 3 pm and we talked for a good while, I think she wants us to move into the other place her company owns, it depends on pricing and if they have any handicapped units open. It might be worth getting into one of those. I was so bored today and antsy I decided to finish up a page I began on Chronic Pain that I have wanted to write and add to Cyber-Soup for sometime now. I finished it and went live with it a few hours ago and I am pleased with the results even if the bulleted list is a little misshapen. It's still a good page.

I'll keep you all posted on what shape the car is in whenever we go out in it again, I figure I will have to go to the store tomorrow since they just told us today that there is no school tomorrow or monday and I had to cancel an appt I had for tomorrow. Oh well, it will be a wild weekend I am sure because Jackie sounds like he's getting sick so no Granny visit.

Can't get Granny sick, she'd get pneumonia if she caught a cold from him or me. I feel fine thank goodness but he's sounding all barky and hoarse. Wish me luck that the car will run for me, it left a trail of water about a cup full on the ground dropping from the under the overflow area. I'll know tomorrow if it's going to run or if we're screwed...I was so freaked out today when it went into the red, but at least I got into a parking lot and turned off so I could get some water into it. I think it might just need a thermostat or a water pump, either thing is better then a head gasket!

Well this is a book now, I'm done...LOL!! Heading off to bed now.
