Yes I am going to call the pain specialist on Monday. I wanted to get my emotions under contol before I did that. I also wouldn't mind going in to see him as he has kept me in more pain than I need to be in as well. I am indeed up set with both the other foot and ankle Doc, and my pain doc. Why didn't they think I was telling them the truth? I was limping all this time and telling the truth with a chart and all. I took their pee and blood tests, I did all they said exactly, I was still pushed aside as a bug on the wall. This foot has been deteriourating all this time, and noone listened to me. I had to find out about this new doctor myself. Nobody gave me a referral, or sent me for more tests. It just really has made me mad. I am trying to cool my jets, cause help is coming. I just wonder how much less pain I would have had to endure, had I gotten this done 7 years ago....I do think this is a law suit. My son was over, and we are considering if an action should be taken. The old doc. also wanted to replace this toe joint. New specialist said don't because the faulure rate is way too high to warrent doing that. The whole thing has left me wiped out and in bed. That is where I am headed back to, My cave. Having a good old pity party and a good cry. Then I will move on and get on with it. love you all. ginnie

You have been betrayed by your doctors... betrayal hurts so badly. They are people we need to be able to look to and rely upon.

It's ok to have a good cry... i hope it will be cleansing. i only wish that i or someone could be there to hold you. I am sad to think of you sad, and sadder to think of you crying alone.

I know what you mean about cooling the jets before seeing your pain doc. That makes good sense. I do hope the encounter goes well for you Monday. Is someone coming with you?

Please know i am keeping you in my thoughts, ok? I am sure that others here are too.

dear ginnie, I am so sorry that you are had to go thru all of that pain. Very sad that your previous doctors failed you.
YOu have every right to be upset and feel that they did neglect you.

I think you can sue and hire a lawyer who would only collect money if the case was won. It wouldn't take the years of pain both mental and physical away but it would help.

Thanks ever so much. I sure am glad I have you in my corner. I do need you no question about that. Many emotions running around in this head of mine. Including my former ankle specialist. That anger is over the top today.
Spent the morning with the covers over my head crying that he left me in such pain for so long. I want to know why. I came out of my shell and came right back here, where I know you and my friends here will understand. You are all a blessing to me. Should I sue or let it go? He really did do something really wrong to a person, and soaked me for thousands that did no good.
Grateful for my new doctor, that will be OK. will be around bizi, no quesiton about that either. Need all of you. ginnie

My son is angry also at this other doctor. We talked about it last night. This doctor did a terrible thing, to let me suffer all these years. I trusted him and that is what hurts the worst. thanks bobby, I sure am glad You are in my corner. I know where to go when I am hurting, right here. ginnie
