If you have someone you can talk to, I think that would be helpful. Maybe a close friend, maybe a clergyman/woman. Maybe a support group, if you attend one. Don't be afraid to talk about it. That always helps.

I lost my mother due to Alzheimer's several years ago. I thought I would die too from the pain. But as time passed I've been able to adjust although I still miss her. But now I just look back at the good things we had together. I wish you the best.

bf - I haven't been on in days, but wanted to send my condolescences to you on this loss. I hope that by today (Sat) you are at least a bit more calm and that your anxiety attacks have subsided.
