Heart pdoc visit, gabapentin, and how are you doing???

Dear Mari

It does sound like the visit went well and i'm glad he gave you the script for 4 times a day. i am so glad he again said you could call any time. i recall he has said that before. he is there for you, and made sure you are aware you can depend on him. that is huge.

gabapentin is absorbed into the tissues - that means it is removed from the blood even faster than it is cleared from the body. i did not know it could cause swelling, fortunately i don't have that problem. my guess is though tha thas to do with it being absorbed into the tissues. gosh darn i wish i could have been a fly on the wall in your session! my pdoc is just not this informed (also not a neuro).

did you sleep ok? how are you feeling?

p.s i love your new sig.

if that was Lamictal brand, that quickly became a very expensive glass of water, LOL! almost surprising insurance didn't fuss - thank goodness they didn't!
