Default Bipolar books. Anyone have recommendations?

Greetings,
Maybe we can list names of books that have helped us.
Here are two books that I ran across that I haven't read yet.

The Bipolar Workbook: Tools for Controlling Your Mood Swings
by Monica Ramirez Basco

Why Am I Still Depressed? Recognizing and Managing the Ups and Downs of Bipolar II and Soft Bipolar Disorder
by Jim Phelps

Phelps recommends exercise. I'm off to go for my walk before it gets dark.

Right now I am waiting on Living Well with Depression and Bipolar Disorder
What Your Doctor Doesn't Tell You... That You Need to Know by John McManamy. I will let you know if it is any good.
