((((((Mari)))))))

Feeling better these days ??

Im upset MOST of the time... You know how much I hate 99% of the people around me, but try to think that is bad for you... being upset literally hurt... so, we have to, at least try to move on and...let the feeling flow... When Im feeling very upset, with or without a reason, I try to close my eyes and let the feeling get out of my mind.... I start to repeat in my mind "Why Am I upset ? I should better be laughing..." It sounds silly, but after some minutes, you will find yourself smiling... if not feeling happy, at least, feeling less upset...

We love you, you always listen to us, help us, care about us... I want you to feel ok...

Lots od hugs !

The more that I rush around, the more upset I can become. Being to busy over a long period of time can not only cause stress, but also anger, then burnout. I'm not in that situation anymore.

I can definitely say that you cannot please everyone at work. It's impossible. The more people that are there, can cause more alienation, back stabbing, and just plain meanness. It is so hard to deal with after a long period of time. BF

Hi Mari Are those chest pains still bothering you? I hope that you are feeling better.

It seems like this type of thing comes, and goes with me. In the last couple of days,I have had to breath out,and in with my stomach/belly to control the pain. Sometimes it works better then other times. BF
