Default mental health tools to wake up to

Hello all,
I use to come here and visit with you but i had a illness struck me and ive been away.I have parkinson but ive got it undercontrol now.
I often wake up early and find it hard to sleep again.I use my tool to lie still and think only unemotional thoughts.Objectivity puts me back to sleep.
when I finaly wake up i sometimes am leary of the upcomming day. I use the tool to move my muscles and get up.
After that Im on my way and all those lowered feelings are gone
Being a nervous person I keep trying to look at life unemotionaly being objective about daily life keeps the symptoms away and also need for extra help.
I live with others who do not use this method. While I can't control them my example does influence them to some extent.
Our own mental health is our number one need,we can't acomplish much without it.
Hope you all have a wonderful day.
