Default Couldn't sleep. Have to work anyway.

Hello, Friends,

I slept lightly for an hour. Now I am up.

So I called and cancelled something at work that I have to do tonight. But I will still go into work this afternoon for a few hours. By then I will want to sleep.


I had a bad day yesterday -- I didn't feel right. It wasn't mood. Not sure what was happening.

Hi,
I am better now. I took two short naps.
In the morning I was freaking out about how to get through my day. It was not great but I got through it -- and that is always a cause for celebration.

We had a hot day today and I felt it -- dragging around in the heat with my head all whacky from lack of sleep -- I looked like heck.
