Thumbs up I got my cpap machine today

And I love it! I can hardly wait to get ready for bed tonight. I am hoping that it really helps with the mental state and depression, I have heard they help with virtually all aspects of life because you're actually getting rest in the nighttime your daytime personality can shine through because you're well rested and getting proper oxygen saturation.

I will post tomorrow and let you know how it worked. I am expecting a headache because the headgear you have to wear is slightly tight and I will need to find the place where it still stays on but doesn't leak. I got the best machine on the market too!

I really really love this thing! Unfortunately so does my son...He thinks its funny and a toy but I tried explaining to him it's a breathing aid so I won't wake the house up snoring. LOL! I am hoping it goes over well tonight. If I get a headache in the morning form it I get a headache...I will get used to it.

What kind of mask thing-y did you get? Just curious.

I sure wish Wes would consider using it. He'd probably feel so much better.

Let me know how it goes. *Maybe you'll convince him.

I bet your boy is curious as all get out over it. LOL I can just see him trying to make it work.

I posted about it in the sleep forum thread I opened yesterday but WOWSERS! I am so happy with the results I can hardly believe it's really this incredible after one night's sleep! I am in virtually NO Pain! I am so happy that it works this well, I just can't tell you all how much better I feel, it's like night and day! I made the straps on the headgear as loose as I could without letting the mask (a nasal one) leak and I don't have a headache at all isn't that awesome? I was expecting one and poof not happening.

That's great news! Is that for sleep apnea? No pain no headache - yippee.

Nothing like a good night's sleep.

Happy for you....

Thanks Curious, I didn't even think of taking a photo of myself wearing it but I just might do it for Cyber-Soup I am going to make an apnea page next week if I have the motivation. LOL! I think a pic would be cool to add since I got a chin strap and the coolest machine around! I am so pleased!
