Default I had my review for the year on Tuesday

Hi everyone I had my review for the year on Tuesday. And I think my
supervisor was grasping to find something I still needed to work on
except my organizational skills. I had hoped to get a real big improvement
on my communication skills. But she still thought I needed marked down
on it.

Then when she was showing examples turns out it was mainly a example
of something that is on a community we post answers to questions.
Not to emails we send out. Which is what I have been working the most
on. So I don't feel near as bad.

I have real problems with the organizational skills, and keep working on them.
So I knew they were going to get a ding. But since they aren't really what
I do for my job. I don't care how bad a grade I get to a degree on that.

So just to be considered better is good.

Otherwise all was good.

I went to a manifestation hearing this morning not knowing it was one. Ugh, sure wish parents would tell you this stuff. But the student wasn't expelled, because the behaviours are part of the disability.
