Butterfly,

Unfriend those people on facebook. They are not your friends unless they are contributing to the quality of your life.

The fiscal cliff is tv language for tax cuts that expire Dec 31, 2012.
This is what could happen
1 the tax cuts could get extended
2 the tax cuts could expire as they were designed to do
3 the tax cuts could expire on Dec 31 and the gov could make new tax cuts in January or February 2013.

In the meantime, parts of the government are trying to find ways to save money or cut from some programs. They will let us know when they come up with a plan. But the main thing is about the tax cuts.

We can choose to go about our days embracing the abundance in our lives.

Butterfly The lobbyist's want us to use Facebook as a platform to launch their interests. When I see them say now share this on Facebook,I'm thinking,"No way".
I don't appreciate when my cousins, and other people put these things on Facebook. I just want to see nice things, and family pictures, and these kinds of things on Facebook. I know what you mean. BF

Thank you Mari. I have a facebook friend who is very politically minded and goes to the Republican National Convention, etc and discusses these types of issues. And because I don't know the details or the ramifications it can all sound really bad. He & 1 other person I have just unchecked them so they won't show up in my facebook news feed. You are right, I need to take control & choose to embrace that which adds to my life.

Hi Steve,
I think the news stuff gives us more to worry about and anxious. I think too....the media plays on it, gets everyone uproar.......but not fair to those of us with tender emotions.
I think things work out for the best after all, these people have parents and relatives on Medicare.

It will work out in a few days, the will stop acting like kids and get business done to get home for Christmas break.

Thank you Di. It does hurt us who have tender emotions to hear of their constant disagreements, and threats to programs that have been in place for a long time. Your right. It would be nice if they would finish their negotiations before Christmas.

I hope that you have a nice day. BF
