Thank you all for your kind words medical information and just being there................scary day when i posted............not so scary today..[thank god]

i see my psychiatrist in Feb....and will ask if an anti-depressant would aid full stabalisiation.........[if it gets worse before then i will see my GP]

It is genearal anxiety brought about by lots of life events [death, redundancy, job change me and my wife]

all i want is life to slow down........a bit of breathing space to recoup my resolve...[i panic]

again a multitude of thanks. kind words go a long way


had an interview today.......i dont hold out much hope....but it will be practice for march when i am made redundant
