I wish I had good things to report but sadly I don't. Things are not good at all. Don't want to say what, but kiddo acted out at school, and as a result we're back to thinking about homeschooling him. :( I just can't take any more stress. :( Freaking want to curl up in bed and NOT MOVE. I am feeling that paralyzed. :(

oh pammie, I just read what you wrote. I am sorry that this has happened. And not what you need right now.

Thanks bizi, thanks Mari, I am actually doing a bit better today, saw my regular doctor yesterday and mentioned what a rough time I've been having and also my blood pressure's been up, so I got a beta blocker, propanolol/inderal, and it's really helping! I feel much less anxiety. Kiddo is back in routine and doing better, but we're still leery of the situation at school. Hoping things continue being good....I have a new manicure but I don't have the pics off the camera yet. Will share one soon! :) Hope you're both well. :)

Thanks bizi, I'll definitely try to get it uploaded later today. I just have to get it from the camera and make time to resize it. Yes, Jackie is behaving better, just hoping it lasts awhile. ;)

Let's hear it for Pam!

Hi, Pam,

I am glad that the new med is helping you.

I am on a heart med too (calcium channel blocker, Verapamil) -- yrs ago my psychiatrist put me on it -- it works as a mood stabilizer. And I love it.

Beta blockers are used for some people with bipolar --- just thought I would let you know in case you did not know. It can cause depression for some sensitive people. That is good it is helping with anxiety.

Thanks Mari! I didn't know they use it with Bipolar people, it certainly has helped. Yesterday was much calmer for me. And my blood pressure was normal. which is part of what made me ask the doctor for one. Here is my current manicure, it's a pretty color called Feguson Crest Syrah, from the Wet n' Wild Fergie collection, I love it, it's a deep burgundy color. Really rich.

I'll make sure to let you all know how it goes with the new med as today is day two on it. :)

Hi, Pam,

I love the nails.
You might notice some other side effects that are good (some not at good).
Anyway, I hope it continues to help you.

Mari
