Heart

Hi,

Did the doc check for zinc? The copper and zinc ratio needs to be appropriate.

I doubt that flouride caused his bipolar.

Is he home with you and is he accepting your help?

The two best things he can do is exercise outside in the sun (depending on your weather) and get enough sleep at night.

Default lights out

Hi,

Here is a web site that explains the importance of sleeping in the dark for people with mania.

Science does not know what causes bipolar. They are studying epigenetics.

Quote:
"I feel this is the best evidence yet, from human studies, supporting the hypothesis that epigenetic mechanisms may drive psychiatric disorders," says David Sweatt, who studies epigenetics at the University of Alabama and was not involved in the study.

The book Lights Out does not directly with bipolar but it does talk about the importance of sleeping in the dark.
