well at least I am not manic - i don't have all the symptoms i did before, but i still have some of them come and go.
lability is really high. i can be laughing my head off at something even not-that-funny but i can't stop myself - become euphoric... but i am also irascible... if anything upsets me i can bite others' heads off.  internally i do not feel good. i suppose i could be fighting off depression but i'm not sure. there have been some painfully confusing events i can't seem to shake. i am trying to resist a tendency to obsess over them because obsessing could favor a depressive swing. maybe depression is encroaching but IF it is, it is doing a darn subtle job of it. i sleep - sometimes not long or well, due to interruption, but given the chance i catch up. i am decidedly reverting to a night owl pattern... it is more natural and more comfortable to me, just not conducive to job-finding or dealing with the rest of the world in general. this morning i went to sleep at 6am. i was awoken by noises a few times starting at noon, but i did not get up until 3pm, following another couple of naps. i am having caffeine again - i reintroduced it very gradually to treat the migraines. my neuro told me to have some and the triptans weren't cutting it. i am over the PMS/MS hump. didn't make much difference. i had a very slight mood dip for a few hours one night - obsessing over the aforementioned confusing events. the main thing that happened was having migraines (5 attacks total for last cycle - a lot less than i was having a year ago). i have a weird energy - it isn't physical though, in fact i'm not doing anything much at all. yet i'd not say it's lack of motivation but more of an aversion? weird. i feel restless and constrained all at once. thanks everyone for your support. i appreciate your thinking of me. ~ waves ~ |

Oh waves, I am so sorry you're still not feeling right. I hope this passes quickly for you. Restlessness sucks....So does having migraines.
