Green Coffee Bean Extract I started this pill last week, its 1800 mg 2 a day a half hour before a meal. It was on Dr. Oz show. I lost 6 pounds already. I am not active neither. Not sure if others tried and had same results or different results, But I would love to hear about it.

This relative deprivation of glucose could possibly explain the reduction in BMI as well as fat content seen in their other rat study and in our human study. Another group has clearly demonstrated that chlorogenic acid may in fact have an antagonistic effect on human glucose transport.15

My understanding is that it blocks some of the absorption of carbs.
It probably has other mechanisms as well.

I did this last year Bizi, along with the Chia seeds with blue Agrue syrup and lemon.Certainly didn't lose fat in the 6 lbs in a week, I was peeing ton's. Over the month I lost 6 lbs.
It did help curb my appitite, I bought it off of Amazon. Once I ran out the weight just came back on. I really need to change my eating and activity level too.

Finishing the last ten in my bottle Bizi, let you know if anything clicks. Oh, I got the raspberry ketone pills from doc oz too. The jury is still out...

I have a friend that lost a sexy amount of weight with protein diet. Eating her proteins and walking. She looks great!
