use sensible amounts - check the %RDA / %DV. avoid megadoses.

Hi, Waves,

A day or two after I posted this (April 17),
I started taking a small dose of my multi vits (w/ zinc and the B's), magnesium, fish oil, flax seed oil, and while I was at it, I started back on my Vit D and Vit C. I have been pretty good at taking them and the eye twitching is gone mostly.

Hi Mari

that is good news, thank you for the update.

i've had twitching before - one time in the eyes really badly and it was so bothersome. not to mention i felt embarrassed about it.
