Default What are your plans for the Fourth of July!!!

Hi I'm planning to take Derrick to work from 9 to 12 noon!!! Its a cleaning
day. Then we are meeting my sister and her husband and two other friends
at O'charles. We will have a great lunch.

Maybe go to the mall we will see. The one friend is their foster Daughter
that we haven't seen in many years. So we are excited.

We are then coming home before too late to make sure the dogs don't
get to scared because of the fireworks. And will watch them on TV.

We just aren't wanting to fight the crowd to go watch them.

We would also have to worry about whether it would bother Derrick this
year with the Trileptal almost gone. I'm not willing to take that chance
this close to success.

Everyone have a great 4th of July.

Heart Happy Independence Day!

Donna and Everyone,

Happy Fourth of July!

I plan:

1. to avoid a migraine if I can! Maybe I will just eat a triptan for breakfast regardless of how I feel, HA!
2. to find my summer jeans (blue) so I can wear red white and blue.
3. (possibly) to go to the nearby mall and see if I can find a pair of black pants that fit. I discovered today, with great horror, that the staple pair of black pants I've worn for the past .... uhhh... 10(?) years have worn sooo thin in places that there will soon be very large holes in them! Woman does not live by bread alone - black pants are a must!

We'll see.

I hope everyone has a great day with pleasant weather and that you get to see some fireworks in one way or another.

Default holiday adventures

Hi,

I canceled something with my girlfriend because I feel too hung over from the new med to drive.

Hubby and I might be trying a new place for lunch but they are not answering the phone so they might be closed.

Derrick and I had a great lunch.

And he was much appreciated by the crew at work.

And the girl that trained him was so glad to hear he is coming tomorrow.

He is getting a new trainer in the dog area. Because the girl
that was training him. Is headed to a new college, in Las Vegas he
thinks.

Not sure yet who it will be.

[Fireworks are starting right now between the rain cycles. I saw them yesterday at this end. We have several rounds of them for the tourists. Bar-B-Q outside just finished when we had another gully washer. Hope all of you had a good day, and are watching the fireworks right now. ginnie

Heart Fireworks!

Donna, I'm glad you and Derrick had a good lunch. I hope Derrick's new trainer works out well for him.

Mari, I hope you got to go to the place that wasn't answering, or had a nice time some other way.

I didn't go with the mall plan for today... I slept and then cooked. However, I got an unexpected treat this evening - glimpsed 2 or three bursts of fireworks in the distance, from my window! Not exactly a show, but still!
