I am not to sure what to think of this. Perhaps there is a biological difference between me and women or perhaps the study was flawed or otherwise incomplete. M |

May I ask, what is it about the "findings" that you feel does not apply in your case? waves |

I found this observation interesting (same article, last paragraph):

Doing such tests in parallel might flush out differences caused by social conditioning. It might be quite difficult, though, to construct similar tests in such a way as to isolate the desired themes. waves |

I did not proof read. I meant to type "men." The sentence should read thus: Perhaps there is a biological difference between men and women or perhaps the study was flawed or otherwise incomplete. M |

OH!!! LOL!
Thanks Mari! Ya'd think it might have occurred to me there was a typo, but it... didn't! The "me" made enough sense I guess, even if it didn't say "between me and other women" ... LOL... silly me! Oops... no pun intended, honest. I do think that the study was too generic, as per my previous post. I'd bet some differences can be accounted for by gender roles in our society, but this does not preclude the possibility of biological differences existing as well. waves |
