Default Vitamin question

Our relative with bipolar disorder has good periods of time and bad. Right now, emotionally she is doing fairly well.
Physically, she has been kinda sickly.
I think she should take a daily multi vitamin.
I have given her some...but she says they are too big for her to swallow.
She can't do gummies....has a huge sweet tooth and would likely eat too many at once.

Does anyone know of a small sized multi vitamin? I think she would take that (says she would, anyway). I haven't found any small multi vitamin pills out there.

Thanks.
