Hi Bizi. I'm glad that you took your medication. When I forget to take my meds,it becomes obvious to me. I start to become obsessed at first,and complex mental health issues start to arise. Then I get back on my meds.

I don't drink coffee to often,because it drives me up the wall,and makes my mental health issues worse. That's just me. I may try one cup of coffee every now,and then. BF

Default Good morning Bizi

I like your new pic! I am sorry you had a tough day of it. Sometimes when I get going towards manic, I let myself go and do what I feel I need to do. Like last week, I was super exhausted from the days events and still tried to burn pictures to a disc for my sister. I was too tired to do it so disc after disc, I ruined them. I finally gave in and shut down. Sometimes I have to show myself that I can't go on forever. My dog Trip follows me from room to room unless I am manic, then he lays on the couch and let's me spin on my own. It is scary.

Last week I noticed that I forgot my medicine for two consecutive mornings and the night in between! No wonder I had a time of it.

Oh bizi, I am sorry that you're feeling unwell. I understand about being online more then you think you should. I am glad I found sewing, it's helped me to reign in my internet usage. I hope you're feeling better soon. Thinking of you! ♥

Hi Bizi,

Sorry to hear about this rough patch. The missed medication probably explains it. It sounds like you figured out what was happening and are getting things back under wraps. I'm sure Jeff being away caused additional anxiety and made the situation worse.

Hopefully you are feeling much better by now. You have done very well coping with this incident. Keep taking good care of yourself.
