I am embarrassed, I spent about 4 hours on the computer last night.
Have been avoiding my paperwork again. sigh bizi I feel fine this morning. Got up early so that I can read the newspaper they are having articles about the affordable care act every day this week and I want to learn about it. It looks like 1/3 of peoples insurance will go up one third go down and one third will stay the same. Ours will probably go up.  Bizi

I am glad to hear you are feeling better.
I know how discouraging it can be to have a set back, but I wish you didn't feel embarrassed. These kinds of improvements might need to be gradual. You are being hard on yourself. You are working towards getting better about your paperwork, and are making progress. Can you think of it that way? Please give yourself a hug from me.  love waves |

jeff was on the computer last night so I got some of my paperwork done. So that was good.
I have been getting up earlier to get on line and then read the newspaper, very unlike me. I have been listening to npr trying to learn about the news...I have been so out of it for months and months. bizi
