Oh BF,
THE VERY THING SENT ME OVER THE MOON WITH A PIT STOP AT THE ER. I had to get a shot to calm me down. I can tell you what I know. I am ok where I am today. God will take care of me, nor will he give me more than I can handle. My job is to stay present today. You are a good man and you do good things. Since I just had an episode, of course me and my docs are dissecting it and trying to figure out what makes me feel better so when I start to get depressed, I can pull myself out. One of the things is taking care of myself; sleep, food, exercise. Then we discovered giving. Giving makes me happy. Giving for me, not for the recipients reaction or anything.

TBI/PTSD I'm sorry that you became that upset,and had to go to the ER. I believe God will help you. I believe that he will help me. Sometimes the emotional storms cause my faith to waver a little. BF

We are trying to dissect hat out for dd. now. She is young and hoping she can control, manage feelings of escalating panic. As she reasons things out it brings her own, but can't stop all thoughts.

I feel like I am sliding down to a depressed state and I feel anxious because I don't want it to happen. I find that if I give, I feel better. If I get out and do something, I feel better, if I shop, I feel better shop in moderation of course. During my last episode, I lost my new flannel. I think I will go buy a new one just because it was during an episode and I need to put my mind at ease about it.

It is a fine line that we are both looking for, good luck.

Hey TBI/PTSD. You probably feel a little lost going through this major life change situation from the service,to civilian life. When my life came to a screeching halt,I was over whelmed with all kinds of feelings.

At one time I was totally freaked out,and I went to a Wellness Hospital for about three weeks. The things that where bothering me slowly got taken care of. Tell your medical team,or tdoc that you are going through a depression. Call the emergency number if needed. I sure have,but not recently.

I was going to stay home alone this weekend while my parents went to the new house a couple hours away. Y mom offered to ride with me and not stay as long as my dad (I have yoga school Sunday). I feel better about that. I do t want to be here alone. I am taking my kayak and wet suit and all kinds of relaxation stuff. I just want to relax for a bit. I see my pdoc before leaving town this morning.
