Bobby,
It's ok to fall asleep in the middle of a show -- that's how you know it is good. . . . certainly not worth worrying about.

I'm not happy about how the US is allowing the Russians to perform ethnic cleansing in S. Ossetia but I am not keeping up with it in the news. (I guess that your Russian friend sees it differently.)

I am happy that you feel free of depression.

Ask Dr. M. to help you watch out for the hypo stuff.

Hi Bizi
I am not feeling that awful ever present anxiety. Certain things get me anxious but I can't ask for the moon. My major problem now is sleeping.
I am not happy and I still don't feel like leaving my apartment but I am not depressed either. My brain is working and I don't feel drugged.
I am a bit upset because I think I am going to join Aetna's HMO and save a lot of money=over thousand dollars by not having to see the second therapist and some other benefits and see my psychiatrist privately. This time he said we will see. I requested a certain therapist because I was talking to two people in the waiting room and they casually mentioned how fantastic she was.
I had an interesting conversation with one of the people. He looked 24 and said he was 34 and said he got out of prison last year after serving 15 years.
He just signed a record deal for 1.5 million dollars. wow....he said he had been shot seven times and almost died one of those times. The clinic specializes in reformed drug addicts I think.

Hi Mari
Dr.M. thought I was doing well. He didn't comment on my sleeping problems. I asked him if he thought I was in an up cycle or if it was the prozac. I think he thought it was the prozac.
My friend bought me tickets to South Pacific and I so want to like it. I feel pressure. I told her John and I had a habit of walking out of shows at intermission when we got bored and walked out of more than we sat through. Sheand I laughed and laughed but I realized she was upset. She said she didn't know that I was that critical. y Russian friend wrote me and said that Russia has a lot of Chinese workers and they do most of the work. I didn't know that.
Bobby-I am not depressed but right now I feel like crying

Dear Bobby,
I don't get hypomanic like others describe on here so I don't know what it feels like except that people have concern that the hypomania could turn into depression.

Are you ok for now?
Is the hypo something you can deal with?

I imagine that you could call Dr. M.
Also Prozac is long acting (long half-life ) so maybe skipping a dose or two -- with the pdoc's permission is ok. But I wouldn't know exactly.

I hope that you get some sleep.

I am afraid of skipping the prozac because i think i am also headed back into the depression. I have my final appt with my therapist Ann this morning.
She can't help me. I am afraid I am just going into another cycle. I was worried when my sleep has been so erratic the last few weeks. It is always bad but I wasn't getting much at all and and then not having much energy.

Dear Bobby,
How did you wrap it up with the Therapist? Will you get set up with someone else? Dr. M?
I really hope you found a way to sleep.
For me, Sleep makes all the difference in the world.

You friend is a little nazi if she expects you to sit through a play/show that you don't find satisfying. But I guess some people think other people should stick to the arranged plan.
I've walked out of movies, but never had the opportunity to walk out of a show.
I remember wanting to walk out of the Opera Madame Butterfly years ago in high school. I considered myself a seirious musician and still found that it took forever for the actors/ singers to get to the final scene. Most of the rest of the high school buddies with me on the trip bailed early in the opera.
