Trig I'm feeling better.

Shame on the News media, and the other((You Know)). Politicians#&@%+&!!!
I know that we don't talk about them here.

I'm not as freaked out as I was. All of the billows, roaring waves, and riptides have gone over me. The emotional storm has calmed down a little. BF

That was stressful to me and lots of others in the country.
I am glad that you are better.

I followed parts of it on Twitter -- I got short bits of information with no sound.

My husband loves CNN and all the other channels. So I heard it.

But I try to ignore it.

I'm glad we are on the road to recovery. I am hoping changes happen.

Hi, Steve,

How are you?

Those of us who are sensitive/ bipolar need time to recover even after things have settled down a little.
