Confused can't remember if I took my night meds

Hi,
I can't remember if I took my night meds. I think I did.
I guess I will notice more for sure in another hour or so. But then, tomorrow I will feel yucky for taking them late. I don't think that I should take extra.

But then, my night meds are Klonopin and an extra dose is better than skipping a dose.
Where is Waves when I need her?

OK.
I really have to get my pill boxes out and put the system together for the next week. I have lots of empty box systems.
I will do this as soon as I log off.
Then I promise to use the system.
And I promise to refill the little boxes next week.
I'm going to start doing everything I am supposed to be doing.

M.

I have had to do the pill boxes myself and trust me it does help! I know I feel yucky when I don't take my meds on time and I would hate it if you did the same. Invest a few bucks and get one! Wait you mentioned you already had one or some....nevermind.

I have two pill organizers, one for Jackie and one for me. they have four spots per day and holds seven days, so I am really religious about refilling them and getting the rx's refilled on time because I know how awful I feel if I don't take my meds on time. I hope you took them Mari so you don't feel bad today. I paid a buck a piece for these boxes at the Dollar Tree we have here in town and am going to get two more the once a day kind that are big enough to hold all the vitamins we SHOULD be taking...LOL! But seriously, it's not that hard to keep up with them once you get started, just make sure you have filled them all and then you're good to go.

Getting into a routine what ever it is... works.
I hope you slept ok and that you are rested today.
What I do and works well for me is:
At 10pm I start watching my sara jessica parker show and inbetween commercials I start getting ready for bed.
I take out and lay out my cleanser, tooth brush and paste, my floss, I take my vitamins and for my night meds I take them right before going to bed...
so I put those in my little cup and saucer as a visual reminder.
so everything is on the counter and when I finish a step I put it away so that way I don't forget to do something.. and I hate watching commercials...
and usually the last thing I have sitting on there is that tiny cup and saucer with my night meds that I take after I am done watching my show. I have done this for years and seems to work...I used to forget to floss and this helps me do this task...that is if I remember to put the
floss on the counter!

I keep my pills in the bathroom. And I, too, forget/can't remember sometimes.

I can tell by looking at the bottom of the glass -- is it wet (yes/no??). If it weren't for that glass, I'd be in a real pickle.

Oh, by the way, I'll be testing a new way of reminding people to take their meds. It's a bottle that dials into a central computer (but, the BEST PART, it also controls a colored light that will FLASH at you until you take your pill). Cool, huh!!

Hope you are feeling okay today. I don't think an extra Klonapin would hurt, depending on the dosage.

I take mine every night when I go into my bedroom to watch TV.

I also have to give my mom her night meds, so it helps me remember.

Whatever works......

Hugs, Nikko
