bizi, maybe he meant circadian rhythm?

This is a very basic fact sheet.
There are a LOT of scientific articles on the net if you want to look into that.
All sorts of things can affect our circadian rhythm, including drugs and alcohol.

I finally finished and got caught up with most of my paperwork.
billing-done
charting almost done.
filing done.
I chatted with a person on the soberistas site that I frequent. and she suggested a supplement
ashwangtangha 600mg twice a day.
so I ordered some and a cook book and special spices to cook with.
supposed to help with energy.
they wonn't come in for another week or so.
Has given me hope.

I spoke with my tdoc last night and told her of my internet addiction. She said try to limit my usage. She thought the book sounded like a good idea if I actually did the exercises as I read the book.
IF I WANT TO CHANGE THEN I HAVE TO DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT!
