I know people who do give nick-names to various things. I don't know why,but I've never gotten around to that. I may do things like that in the future. BF:hug::hug::hug:

I don't have Windows 8,but I switched from Windows XP to Windows 7 on Thursday afternoon.

My old Dell is history, and I have a newer model computer. It's much faster, and I see things that I thought I lost.

My sister gave this to me as a Christmas, and birthday present. I thank my sister for this. BF:hug::hug::hug:

Thank you Mari. I have received quality Youtube music again. It's so nice to hear it. It's not stopping, and starting like it was with the other computer.:yahoo: BF:hug::hug::hug:

lessons in using a lap top

When my lap top sort of froze, someone showed me how to remove the battery to kind of reset it. They did not put the battery back in very well.

It took the better part of the next day for me to learn that the battery has to be solidly IN THE LAP TOP in order for the computer to work.
