Default New thread, heard from the doc today...

And it's about what I expected. I can't do drugs, one makes blood clot more and theoretically bleed less....Motrin is another drug he said would help but my history of ulcers I can't really do it. Hormones were also brought up but if you recall in 09' when I had the trips to the ER over the uncontrolled bleeding, they gave me hormones and I was depressed terribly for 6-8 months. It was AWFUL. So I told the gyno I couldn't go back into that pit of despair I crawled out of after the hormones, and the final option is a supra-cervical hysterectomy. *sigh*

I can't say that it surprises me, I mean it's only going to get worse, I told him I've had issues since 2010-11 ish with it since the bleeding returned after the ablation. I am so tired of this crap with it, I really want it to just be over, so I am leaning towards the hysterectomy because I figure it's better to do it when I am 45 then if I was 49 and it was REAL bad then....Like he said that they'd cover it, because of my history of problems, and that because it'd be laproscopic, the recovery time is about 3 weeks....So I figure February as long as I can wait that long. Kiddo has to have wisdom teeth out in January. So after he's healed up, that's when I'll have this done....I am really worried about it....I need to relax, last night I had such trouble sleeping I woke up around 2 am and threw up!

Hope you're all well, I will check back soon. Need to lay down. Take care everyone. ♥
