hubby

Last week, hubby had a mildly unpleasant reaction when he stopped drinking coffee. He was surprised that coffee (and stopping it) could have that much affect on him.

I told him to go back to one 8-ounce cup a day until we figure out a taper plan.

Last night(Monday night)I had a little coffee. I noticed that the body tries to eliminate it after 4 ,to 6 hours after you drink it. I had to go to the bathroom way to many times late last night. It must be the caffeine.

I felt like going to sleep way to early, and since I have coffee at this time,I had some. I didn't have a anxiety/panic side affect situation, but I had to go to the bathroom a number of times late into the night.:o BF:hug::hug::hug:

They said that caffeine can cause mood swings. BF:hug::hug::hug:

Hey Bizi. I've been getting their Newsletters regularly for years. I can't remember exactly when they started sending them to me. It's been years.

I don't know how I got on the list, but I must have asked them to send me the Newsletters. That was a long time ago,and I've been getting them regularly to my email account. I get one at least once a week. BF:hug::hug::hug:
