Default hubby

Last week, hubby had a mildly unpleasant reaction when he stopped drinking coffee. He was surprised that coffee (and stopping it) could have that much affect on him.

I told him to go back to one 8-ounce cup a day until we figure out a taper plan.

Last night(Monday night)I had a little coffee. I noticed that the body tries to eliminate it after 4 ,to 6 hours after you drink it. I had to go to the bathroom way to many times late last night. It must be the caffeine.

I felt like going to sleep way to early, and since I have coffee at this time,I had some. I didn't have a anxiety/panic side affect situation, but I had to go to the bathroom a number of times late into the night. BF

Steve,

Coffee does have weird properties.
I am glad that you did not have panic/ anxiety.
Have a good night, tonight.

I received a Newsletter from Psych Central today.
The first topic of discussion was about Caffeine, and Bipolar Disorder.
They said that caffeine can cause mood swings. BF

Hey Bizi. I've been getting their Newsletters regularly for years. I can't remember exactly when they started sending them to me. It's been years.

I don't know how I got on the list, but I must have asked them to send me the Newsletters. That was a long time ago,and I've been getting them regularly to my email account. I get one at least once a week. BF

The option is in our User CP - top left under where it has the NeuroTalk logo next to FAQ etc..

Click on that and go to

Your Control Panel

Way down the bottom there's the option

Would you like to receive our weekly Psych Central newsletter?

Yes or No

Just make sure the email address is correct. Sometimes emails will go to Spam in our email accounts so if it doesn't arrive, check that too.
