Poll Oh what a week......TGIF check in

UGH......it's just been one of those weeks. Yesterday one of my smoke alarms went off, and then all of a sudden all of them in the house went off. I can't believe the fire dept. didn't come, or a neighbor come out. The dogs were shaking, I took them outside for awhile. This went on for a longggggggg time. Totally screwed up my entire day.

Talk about a headache. The guys that work in the complex came with a ladder and disconnected the one causing the others to go off.

Tomorrow maintenance is coming to fix it.

I tried standing on a table to disconnect it, I did get the battery out, but couldn't disconnect the wires. Well, my neck/upper back is sure paying for it today. Since I have a 2 level fusion in my neck with a plate and screws, I must of hurt it someway, plus I have what they call a cervie headache. Took my pain meds.

The day before that, my neighbors daughter fell at school, the mom is away on business, so the dad called me and he was on a delivery, so I shot right over to the school to get her as he asked. Her foot was swollen, put ice on it, till her Dad got here. She is okay, on crutches. I am not a Mom, so I am worse, they laugh at me at the pool, cause I always watch the kids and say watch out, don't do that and this, when it comes to children getting hurt, I am a worry wart.

Well, it's Friday, and I did not get all I wanted to accompish, and today I don' think I can.

Have a great day.....Hugs, Nikko

Right now I am hiding in my AC shielded apartment. I am not taking another step outside until tomorrow morning.
