My NP told me that allot of people with mental health issues have allergies. I can't remember exactly what she said. She said,"Are sensitive...",and words like that. BF

Steve,

That is interesting and it makes sense.

I hope that you continue to get better.

I have had more allergy's this week then usual. I've had them most of the day Friday, and into the night.

I think that these storms have caused them to flare up. We had a heavy rain making storm on Friday night, and the humidity was very high.

On the website Pollen Cast, all three(Grass, tree, and weed)pollens are out there here. BF

Steve,

Those are the right conditions.
Do the allergies affect your sleep?

Mari Yes. They do sometimes. I'm having allergy struggles right now,and I've already taken my allergy medications for the night. If I'm still coughing when I go to bed,I'm going to eat Premium Sea Salt crackers, and that helps it dry up.

I'm going back to Pollen Cast, and check the big three in a few seconds. It's very humid, but I think that the humidity is suppose to be better tomorrow.
Thanks for asking. BF

Right now on Pollencast,it's Tree, and Grass, but not weed that is pollenating.
I can't imagine what the mold count is. The mold count is probably way up there. BF

The weather has cooled down, and there is less humidity. My allergies have not been very bad in the last couple of days. That's why it's hard for me to take allergy pills every day. I don't want to take the pills when I'm feeling better.

I've been eating fruits, and veggies allot recently. I might have eaten something that I was allergic to,or had mold on it. I don't know. It always keeps me guessing.

My allergy problems are doing better at this time. BF
