i went to the senior center yesterday and spoke at length with a Japanese woman who was quite bright. She told me that Japanese children are born with a blue spot on their back and it usually goes away at five or six. I looked it up on the internet and it is called Mongolian spot. I thought that was really interesting.
I think i still would like to go up to 100. I would also like to drop wellbutrin because next year it will be expensive.
I couldn't stay up for the jon stewart show with president obama. i hope it is on youtube. I slept at least seven hours and still feel tired. I guess my body is making up for of all the sleep i was deprived .
I will force myself to go to the rabbi's class today. I still have no motivation.
My close friend stella is going away for over a week so i will miss her on weekends when we get together for coffee after she has played some tennis.
my anxiety is better and the depression is the same.

i went to the senior center today and mike told me he will be moving into a new apartment close to the old one. he will get a lease. he didn't feel relieved and said he wished he had a cyanide pill. the landlord convinced him that there would be too much demolition in old apartment building.
