ok here's the deal. woke up at 11pm last night because my sleep cycle is all off. going to try to stay up until at least 10pm or later so I can get back on a regular schedule and see if it helps depression/pain. i'll let you know how it goes
![]() ![]() also, things aren't that great but I'm getting excited like things are going really well and can't afford an over the top for no reason high only to come down hard so im keeping an eye on it. |

Mark,
I can relate to the sleep issue. I tend to gravitate to sleeping in the day time. Sometimes I fight it, and jump through all kinds of hoops try to get back on/stay on a day schedule. Usually it involves forcing myself to stay up, like you are doing. Good luck staying up till night time, and I hope you do get good sleep when you do. Could the extra energy be related to being awake too long? That sometimes happens to me.... I hope sleep settles that down for you as well. ![]() waves ![]() ![]() |

it definitely can be due to not getting enough sleep. I just have to make sure it doesn't turn into a a hyper state and then a crash. thanks for your concern. hopefully I will sleep good tonight.
