Smile Time......

Time,and movement,and how we are to move in time.

For one thing,there is plenty of time. If we pace ourselves,their seems to be less anxiety.

I'm pacing myself. I'm giving myself one,and one half hour to shower,and get ready for church.

If I got up later,I'd be running around like a chicken with it's head cut off.
