Well I made it 30 days AF and tonight I did cardio for 105 minutes 6.15 miles @3.5pmh
We went to art walk tonight and much free wine was there, i resisted but could not resist on some of the treats.... I honestly did not go over board.
Started looking at the smart recovery handbook that just arrived today.
Am excited about it.
I am using the gym to help feel more productive with my time, doing something good for myself and something to do an activity to get me off the computer that is what I did tonight. I just got home a while ago. Love the hours at planet fitness!
I am hoping that Smart recovery will help me change my behaviors, to live a healthier life and get off this computer and live a more creative life.
It takes effort and persistence but I think I am ready.

Our insurance Co. Does send out a statement. Telling usually
the deductible hasn't been met yet. And what we owe.

We have a precentage in each office we don't pay that is on
this also. Only reason not to pay cash. For me is its irritating
to get a bill after insurance refuses an amount. Because the
cash amount was supposed to cover it all. But because of
insurance it does us no good to pay ahead.

so donna, am I hearing you right...we don't pay at first have them bill then they will get notice from the insurance company and then we pay the contracted rate?
that makes sense to me.
thank you

Yep Bizi

That is what we do. Our deductible isn't quite as high. But we always pay
after the insurance company has let them know its part of our
deductible.

And the amount is on the statement, that we will pay. That way they
can't over charge.
