Well, as usual we had some nice food this weekend. We don't exactly celebrate Easter, but we kind of observe some food customs. Fish on Good Friday (because not meat). Lamb if findable on Easter Sunday. A nice-ish meal on Easter Monday.
Good Friday : -- starter, risotto with saffron. -- main, smoked salmon on brown sliced bread* with cream cheese, lettuce, radishes (*I had Wasa crisps instead of the bread) Easter : -- lamb chops, peas, mashed potatoes, tomatoes with parmesan topping Easter Monday : -- jumbo shrimp with garlic-rosemary butter, zucchini & pepper slivers, potatoes. |
