Well Barb, funny you should ask about the car.....its broke!:D
During his last run, his car decided it didn't want to shift anymore and stayed in neutral. So it looks to be an expensive transmission replacement. This is after a week of it being in the shop to get the clutch repaired. Now we will have to share my car again. There goes looking for a job. How can I go anywhere or start a new job when I have to cart Todd's behind all over the place? Or he has to take my car? This could last for up to 2 months!!! Just when I thought things were getting good again.
How come he gets to have all the fun and I get to pay for it?

Sure you can come over BF! :D We're getting four dozen and it should be enough. ;) :D

Sorry to hear about the car Wendy, that stinks, we only have the one car so I don't know what we'd do if it had major problems, we'd be in a world of trouble. :p Hope its not an expensive fix for you. :)

The kids went with their dad this weekend.

I know, I can't believe it either. They went because it's Father's Day.

I am not quite sure what to do with myself.

But it's nice. It's so quiet and peaceful.

My neighbor finally flipped out under the pressure and lost it last night. I feel so bad for him, but I want to wring his neck. Man, he gets mean. It's almost over. 3 more weeks and it will be done.

I wonder why I don't melt down when he rages but I panic when my kids' dad even speaks to me. Weird.

I don't know what I am doing. Either helping next door or cleaning my house or both.

The usual.

Hi,

'Saw therapist on Friday. She wants (finally!) to deal with the sleep problem as a phobia-type problem. This weekend she is working on ideas for what to do in hypnosis with me on Monday.

I have been visiting a friend of my dear lost friend (died one year ago this month) in the hospital and now in a rehab/nursing home. It takes a lot out of of me to drive to see her every other day but she has no other visitors. She also sometimes needs someone to speak for her to the care givers.

I took hubby to a friend's pool to teach him how to swim. He made a little progress -- put his head in and blew bubbles. He enjoyed doing the bicyle kick while on the plastic noodle -- even got enough confidence to go to the deep end.

The pool was nice and the weather was coolish for here.

Dear Pam,
I really want to know how the crab day worked out. Please. :)
I love crabs. I remember catching when we were kids. Mom used to cook them for us.

Oh - Seafood....I love all seafood. It was so fresh when I lived back East and hummy.

Everything here in the southwest is frozen and it's just not the same at all.

Enjoy!!!!

Nikko:)
