The sun will come out....tomorrow!
Well I am feeling better day by day and finally had a good night's sleep last night now that I take the Celexa in the AM instead of the PM like I was before.
Supposedly I am going to the track tonight with Todd but not sure because I am still dealing with the med change. Don't get me wrong I feel okay but my BP has been triggered a little from the withdrawl of the Lexapro. As you all can imagine, its a rough week for me.
Today I have to do laundry and make a trip to Walmart to pick up some meds. Beyond that, who knows.
Have a great weekend everyone. I am sure I will check in again.

Wow pumpkin orange? I wish you luck in getting the perm, I know what a nice change a perm can be. We're going to steam some blue crabs for dinner tomorrow and have steamed corn on the cob and have those two neighbors over who helped us unload the truck, they were so surprised that we wantedt o have them over for crabs, but Jack insisted that we invite them over since it's a big deal to steam crabs, and we're doing it for the first time ever. I had to buy a huge pot to use and two new steamers since our old one is missing a leg.

I hope that you both enjoy your weekend I know I am looking forward to getting tomorrow over with because I am worried that Jackie will get clawed and lose a finger or something. Jack told me they can snip your fingers off and I believe it. I wish I could find both of the heavy gloves Jack used to use for riding motorcycles, I am worried about him getting clawed too. I just hope that it works out okay, major anxiety about it but Jack insited on doing it so I will let you all know Sunday how it goes because we're taking my computer down since it needed to happen using the dinning room table which I am set up on currently I will be offline for a day or two until we get things settled back in.

Take care all!

Hi all - Did a lot of cleaning yesterday and the day before. Got 3 rooms done really well. Now only the spare room and my room. That I will save for next week. I guess my Cymbalta really kicked in!

It's HOT but dry here - 103 to 105, so I will be at the pool. Drinking bottles of frozen water, floating, getting some sun, and shade under the umbrella. Then lots of AC to cool down, the sun will wear me out, so I will be tired.
Tonight is the Daytime Emmy awards I want to watch too.

Today I have my domestic violence counseling appt, have a lot of catching up to tell her, I always feel better after seeing her. Have to tell her about the divorce and all. Have some stuffed animals to bring there for the kids at the safe houses too.

My birdy's are good, and my doggies look real nice from the groomers too, they smell good too. LOL

It's so DRY, I have to use some nasal spray when I feel like I am getting stuffed up, which could also cause the headaches.

Everyone have a great weekend!!!!

Hugs, Nikko

Cool

Hi wendy.
I am so glad to hear that your a finally getting some relief with the meds.
hopefully you will feel well enough to go with your hubby...if that is what you want to do. Have to keep that bipolar at bay...know what you mean.
Panster, have a wonderful time with those crabs. That is very brave to try something new with company...it would make me a nervous wreck too.
Nikko...Yippie that the cymbalta is helping...I hear it also helps with pain issues as well.
You deserve all of the relief you can get!!!!

It's nerve wracking all right, but Jack is certain it will be wonderful and I bet it will, I just wish we had a desk for my computer already, but I couldn't find a decent priced one. Oh well, we'll find one eventually. Thanks for the well wishes bizi, I really appreciate it.

I am glad things are better for you Nikko, it stinks when you're in pain, but if the cymbalta is helping keep up on it, I am glad things are better.

I hope you're up to going Wendy, it sounds like it would be fun. Even if you don't go, let us know how you're doing this weekend.

Oh no Bizi, someone didn;t use high enough lifting agent, maybe even a higher colume peroxide, like 30 %. Try something ash base as green will conteract red on a color wheel, unless it is real orange...yellow orange,,,
The higher the number the more stages of lift like a 1030, lots of lift but not much color deposited. A 800 will be a med blond lift maybe a few stages like 6 and more color deposit. Need lots of drabber in your colors!

If your hair is deep brunette, you may need a two stage to use a cream bleach to lift and toner to color....better to just use a highlight kit, Light frosting tips, or weave no regrowth.

My weekend is Fri and Sat with working and it will be late on Sunday as a couple come from 2 hours away to see their girls. later in the afternoon, It will be supper before we are finished,

I have to find something to watch tonight,,,,
I hope we can get a pool up for katie and Connor by Mondays heat,
Have fun
Di

Hi Di,
I actually wanted it Copper and it was so orange last week it is toning down now so that is good....not as bright. I was shocked!
I do wonder what the perm will do to the color though.
We just finished watching Casablanca!!!!
I had never seen it before.
What a great movie.....

Hi everyone!

Bizi, glad to hear the brightness of color is toning down.

Nikko, glad the Cymbalta is doing you good.

Wendy, how did the race go?

Pam, I love crab, can I come over? I wish you great success.

I had a busy day Friday. Saw therapist, friend in nursing home, dropped off a package, ate out, got some things at the store, and entertained a friend in the eveving. I have no plans for Saturday except to shop for a fitted sheet and wash some clothes. Sunday I hope to go to another Elvis impersonator show. I want to make arrangements to go with someone or meet someone there. I had a tentative date but he didn't confirm it before the deadline so he's not going with me.
