I am so sorry to hear this.
Let him know he can come here if he wishes and so can his girl friend too.

They don't have a computer at this point. But I will if they do at some point.

Thanks

Donna,

They do not like to diagnose 16 years old but they can diagnose him now that he is in his twenties.

I hope that he can get the help that you want for him.

Yep, Mari I realize that.

They are still looking for a bed. Indiana has very few sites that
have wards.

He is 33 now. So we will see.

So he has been in a regular hospital? or at home? Is he on suicide watch?
bizi

bloomington has one, I was in it when I was first diagnosed. manic.

He is still at the hospital. They told his girlfriend yesterday he wouldn't
be going home.

I don't exactly know about suicide watch. Not sure how easy that
would be on a ward. But they are keeping a good eye on him for
sure. I heard the nurse in the background when he called me this
morning. Wanting me to check on his girlfriend.

Far as I am aware they are working through the state.

That sounds like he is on a priority list for a spot. That is good.

They might not officially tell you where he is going due to privacy laws and they might take away his phone after they place him.

At the new place, they will let him call you after they get him settled.

Well I'm not sure what has happened. Just got word about a hour
ago they released him. So we will watch and see what happens.

Ugh, this is what happens a lot in Indiana. And lots of other places.

thanks Mari,

We will be keeping a eye on, just as his girlfriend is.

Biggest problem is I have a bone density test tomorrow.

But I think it will be a little longer if there are problems.
They did give him ativan, so hoping that will help him sleep.
