Hi Bobby,

You have a lot going on in your life.
The recent situation with your close friend's son is unsettling.

Some people have very difficult days when it's cloudy/dark outside.

The Zoloft trial has been a bit of a challenge, as well.

Do something fun, enjoyable and/or relaxing sometime today, if possible.

I hope your eye appointment goes well.

i don't know. i have been more irritable than usual but it might be because of the heat and not the zoloft. it also has increased my appetite. I can't the depression.

i woke up very depressed again. i think the zoloft is helping only a little bit.
yesterday i had a nice time with my friend stella for coffee and we met again a thirty some year old and talked a lot. i came home and once again i got severely depressed. while i was with them i wasn't depressed.

I think Zoloft is one of those meds that need a little time to build up in your system.

my doctor didn't raise the zoloft this morning so i am still on 150. he said higher doses some times lead to psychosis. He did cut the wellbutrin down to 200 from 300. I requested it. He put me on generic this time and said it was formulated differently from the other xl or something.
